Agreement
By using Declaw Secure Sandbox, the Declaw SDK, or the Declaw Desktop Security application (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Services are provided by Declaw ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. Provided "As Is"
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Declaw makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, or materials included. You expressly agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Declaw shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Services, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You are responsible for securing your API keys and account credentials.
- You agree not to use the Services to process, store, or transmit any content that violates applicable law.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, branding, and proprietary functionality are owned by Declaw and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
