1. Provided "As Is"

DeClaw is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Itova Labs makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included. You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk.

2. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Itova Labs shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the App, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment needed to use the App (e.g., a compatible Mac).
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Itova Labs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
